Hopala is a crêperie on wheels, a small, lovely caravan mostly powered by the sun (and some propane gas). We are enthusiastic about sharing traditional Breton crêpes made of healthy, local ingredients.

Our savoury galettes are naturally gluten-free, made of organic buckwheat flour sourced from a small Breton farm. Our sweet crêpes are thin and golden with hints of aromatic rose and orange flower water.
