I’ve lost my tickets

You can click here to re-send your tickets to yourself if you have the email address you purchased with. All you need is your name and ID.

I don’t have a printer to print my tickets.

No problem! You can show your tickets on your phone.

Alternatively bring ID in the name of the person who purchased the tickets to the box office and we will be able to find your order on the system.

The barcode on my tickets isn’t showing properly

No problem! When you arrive, go to the Box Office (do NOT join the entrance queue) where we will be able to find your order by name. Please ensure you have ID with you.

Where do I show my ticket?

When you arrive, follow the lights along the beach to the festival entrance. You must join the relevant queue depending on the type of ticket you have. This will be clearly signposted. Show your ticket at the entrance and you will be given a wristband. This allows entry to the festival.

Yes – as long as we have not reached our capacity you will be able to buy tickets from the Box Office. We accept cash and card. Please note that the price on the door will be higher than on the website.
