WHAT ARE THE FESTIVAL OPENING TIMES?

The campsite is open from 5pm on Thursday and the main arena is open 12pm – 11pm on Friday, Saturday & Sunday. There is an afterparty in the Silent Disco Treehouse area until 1am. We ask that you please depart the campsite by midday on the Monday.

Ticket sales, deposit payments and booking fees are non-refundable, under any circumstances. Please read through our ticket terms and conditions before purchasing tickets. We allow ticket resale, ID is not required for ticket holders meaning tickets can easily be transferred. Please ensure if sold you forward your original ticket confirmation email to the buyer.

VIP upgrades include access to a private bar at the festival, and a higher viewing level giving you a better view of the stage.

Of course! However, they must be accompanied by a parent or guardian (Age of accompanying adult must be over 21). Security can at their discretion enforce a maximum of 2 under 18s to be escorted by 1 parent or guardian. Strictly no alcohol for under 18’s.

Please note that all bags being brought into the area will be searched by the security. We have no limit on the size of bags and picnic blankets can be brought into the arena.

Food and drinks are not permitted to be brought into the arena, unless you have a medical reason. If this is the case, please come to the box office with evidence of this. You are welcome to bring an empty reusable water bottle which you can refill at the free water refill points in the site. You are welcome to bring food and drinks into the campsite.

Alcoholic drinks being taken into the campsite are limited to enough for personal consumption. We define this as 24 cans / 1 litre of spirits.

We do not allow alcohol to be taken into the main arena.

Yes, once you have collected your wristband you will be able to leave and re-enter the festival during open hours.

Please note: The security team will check all belongings each time you re-enter. Under 18’s will need to be accompanied by a responsible adult to regain entry into the venue.

Pick Up and Drop Off is located at the Powderham Farm Shop Car Park.

Yes, all of our main bars take both cash and card. Some of our smaller bars will be card only.

Traders take a range of cash and card so we recommend bringing some cash and also having a card available.

The main entrance to the car parking and camping is situated off the A379. To access this from Exeter and A38 direction proceed through Kenton and past the main entrance where the Powderham Farm Shop is located. The entrance to the car park is then on the left of the A379. From the starcross direction the entrance is located on the right hand side before the main entrance to the castle. The postcode for the parking is EX6 8PD.  GOOGLE MAPS

General camping is situated between the parking and the main entrance, with family camping and motorhomes situated closer to the car park. There is around a 10-15 mins walk from the campsite to the main entrance.

Accessible parking is at the front of normal parking and there will be a shuttle provided between the festival entrance and the parking.

No outside food, alcoholic or soft drinks will be allowed into the festival arena.

There will be a wide range of food & drink vendors in the venue. We allow empty metal and plastic reusable water bottles into the festival, there will be refill stations available on site. No alcohol is to be brought to the festival. A fully licensed bar will be serving alcoholic and soft beverages. A strict challenge 21 policy will be in operation.

Shuttle buses are available to book for the Friday and Saturday to and from Exeter. You can book these tickets on our website.

No dogs will be allowed in the festival area or campsite, sorry.

Yes, tickets are required per person not per vehicle, tent or campervan. If a group of people attending the festival would like to camp, each person in the group will need to purchase a weekend camping ticket.
